[v1.20r...v1.12s] Crash to desktop on turn advance

The attached game-turn crashes to desktop when the advance-turn button in the upper right is clicked.
As you can see in the following image, it's a multi-player game started before the DLC was released. All players have the DLC, but we're on different beta versions. We've tried all sorts of combinations of beta versions without success -> this file always crashes on turn advance.

Just advanced the turn to Kazagistan on v120s.
Does it still crash with you if you use that newest version?

Confirmed - issue fixed when using v1.20s.
