1.20s Statagem Generation Overview miswording

This is a minor, but potentially very confusing miswording in the Staatem Generation Overview. You don't need a certain save game, it's in all games.

The report correctly lists how many cardpoints available, but once a card is generated it will then list the cost in BP. While for veteran players this is easily understood to actually be cardpoints, for the many new players joining the game this makes the already confusing learning curve for BP turning into cardpoints even more confusing.

Simply suggesting changing the "at a cost of x BP" to "at a cost of x cardpoints"
