[1307.14] System.OutOfMemoryException after saving and reloading the same scenario

Custom scenario, I was editing WRA on a group level for the carrier groups when the application began to lag.

So I saved the scenario which took unusually long, around 10secs for the save to complete.

Restarted the CMO in an attempt to resolve the lag, tried to load up the scenario but was unable to. Got the notification "System.OutOfMemoryException" instead.

Happened once in another custom scenario while I was editing WRA on a group level for a carrier group. Unfortunately that scenario was deleted, so I am unable to share that save file. However, the order of events are the same.

Editing WRA on a group level for CSGs > application lagging (drop down menu for WRA settings becomes unresponsive/laggy) > saving scenario which took unusually long > restart CMO to resolve lag > unable to load up the same scenario, got "System.OutOfMemoryException" instead.

You may also post the exception log in the logs folder for the developers.

Attached my exception logs for the time period.

It just shows a bunch of system specs, there is nothing similar compared to exception logs sent by others users that I have seen.

Managed to get the exception log to start logging. Updated exception log of unsuccessful attempt to launch scenario attached.
