ECM, Sensor Masking, Weather Effects

Hello.

I was curious if RTW3 has ECM, Radar masking and effects of weather modelled??? What about abstraction of additional assets such as Recon satellites etc????

Weather can affect RADAR, and ECM is a (tech) item that can affect the accuracy of guided weapons. Orbital recon assets (such as US Lacrosse & Soviet RORSAT) are not modeled in the game, however.
