[New Patch] French join, no Garrison in that little Ethiopia country?

When French joined the Allies in early 1940, was expecting a garrison to occupy that little country by Ethiopia. This planned?

If this is the one in Djibouti, it should be there right from the start and not requiring France to even join, was it not there?

Just checked, yes, the city = Djibouti

Meant to type, "When Italy joins".

Was playing Italy, when they joint, many times I attack Djibouti, garrison immediately. There was no garrison within. Only thing I can say, did my opponent leave with it? Will need to check, will do DOW so Italy joins quickly. One moment.

I could be wrong on this one.

Maybe my opponent disbanded the unit or sailed away with that garrison.

Had never seen someone do that, but hey, people are people.

Don't think there's a problem here, after very, very, very quick hotseat test.
