Kull's allied set up

Just saw Kull's allied set up, and downloaded. However, after extracting the zip file and opening, it just shows computer code text. Can someone please help me on this?
I am trying to learn the game, and read where this guide was very helpful.

I just downloaded it, extracted it, then opened it in a spreadsheet. If you do not open it in a spreadsheet but a word processing program, you will have problems reading it.
Seek peace but keep your gun handy.
