Group Speeds Won't Stick.

On the last two official Steam updates whenever I load a scenario I built or a save of it where my Ship groups are ordered to "creep" they instead always accelerate to cruise speed and I have to go back again and order them to creep.

Has anyone else seen this? It didn't do it prior to the last few updates.

I have seen this and the problem or issue I think is in the formation editor. If any unit is set to sprint & drift the group will not go to creep. If you uncheck the sprint & drift, the group will creep.

The drift setting makes sense. I'm currently out of town but when I get back I'll try that and see if it does the trick. I just wonder why it hadn't done that before the last few Steam updates.

And if that doesn't do it, I'll be back to ask the stupid question of how to post a save game to do this properly. Oy! Either way I'll report back in a few days.

Zip up the save or scen file and post that.

It doesn't look like the drift settings are the problem. I don't see any of them checked for any ships.

So to restate my issue: In my built scenario, every time I load it or a save of it my ship groups go to cruise speed even though I have them set to creep speed. It wasn't doing this before the last two steam updates.
