Opponent Having Trouble With Turn

Hi. My opponent was away for about 1 month and now when he returned he is having trouble loading his game. He reports it says "Missing a File?" I'm not looking at his error so I am not exactly sure of the exact circumstances.

Any ideas/advice on next steps?
