1.00.14 Officers not correctly returned to the pool after the loss of their commands

Just a minor issue: I noticed several officers who survived their commands being sunk were still listed as assigned to those ships in the officers screen rather than being listed as unassigned.

These officers here. Argus and Royal Oak were both sunk in a battle that occurred several strategic turns ago.

Game version is 1.00.14, but I might have fought the battle in question on 1.00.13 - can't remember if I updated before or after the battle.

The Issue appears to only occur when ships are sunk in battle not scrapped by the player.
