Missing WarPlan_Edits_MCU.pdf file

Missing WarPlan_Edits_MCU.pdf file

The game notes for the Ardennes Offensive 1944 scenario say to read the WarPlan_Edits_MCU.pdf for any changes to the standard rules. However, neither the Steam nor the Matrix version of the game has that file. Where can I get it?
