Looking for Japanese opponent, LST's Bottlenecks in the Pacific

Lets try this one more time. Due to some unexpected work occurrences my last PBEM finished prematurely, so I'm looking for a new Bottlenecks game to get my fix in. This time around, I should be free of any major work obligations for foreseeable future (6+ months), so no similar problems as last time should arise.

I throw turns back pretty fast, usually 1-3 a day, so I'd prefer someone who can do at least 5-7 weekly. Also some Japan experience at least in stock mods would be nice, as in Bottlenecks it gets a bit more difficult to manage everything than in vanilla. I'm open on HR discussion, though I have some minor preferences.

The scenario is based on supplies being harder to come by, lowering SPS numbers and build numbers across the map, adding a bunch of new toys (hospital ships, tugs, civilians...) and reworking some game concepts (bombs being dropped as 'sticks'), basically a bit more of a realistic game. Scenario 61, with simplified Japanese production is latest WIP build with some bug fixes so I'd prefer to play that one.
