AI builds ship in my yard that is bigger than my docks

I have 16kt docks, but Italy apparently builds a 16.4kt ship in my yards.


PS: I have found an early game, 23kn 16kt Battlecruiser only strategy to be quite effective, even against the superior Royal Navy in 1900.

Re the battlecruiser strategy. This is a bug, battlecruisers should require 4 levels of ship design research before you can build them. Thanks for pointing this out.

Oh no, your BC fix will destroy my entire 1900 start Meta that can easily defeat the Royal navy :-(

Unless I can still build my 23kn BCs and simply call them Bs, that is :-)
