PT Boat management

Dear All

I have a question about PT boat creation. I'm playing the allies in june 42. After some naval surface combats, several PT boat have been sunk. I have now only 9 PT boats on the map. In the intelligence report, ship availability menu, I always have 0/0 PT avalable. When the destroyed PT boat will be available?. Is the number of available PT boats is constant during the war or will it increase?

Once the PT Boats are lost, they are lost. But you will get more during the game.
Seek peace but keep your gun handy.
