[FIXED] Port/dock 'blue area' not working properly

Hello,

I'm playing on version v1.06, build 1328.8, via Steam. I've noticed that ships aren't able to properly navigate the blue navigation area that allows them to leave/enter harbour without running into land. Please see below images and attached save for details.
