Accelerated Start

I've been tinkering trying to make a mod that adds a large amount of BP to each REGIME for the first 10 turns. The idea being to accelerate the start of all regimes. I haven't had much luck, it is very difficult to understand without more references.

It would be very helpful if the devs can export all the various table data so users can more easily browse (unless exists somewhere already). Using existing examples to piece together their own mod and learn quicker.
