1.21m Ballistic technologies BP costs

I'm not sure if it's intended but the ballistic technologies that have been moved around kept their old BP cost which is not in line anymore with their tech group.

High speed machinegun and gas powered small arms require 400 BP for research versus 80 for their tech group.

Gauss requires 800 BP for research, compared to 400 for the tech group.
Charged gauss is at 1600 BP, versus 800.

Discovery costs are also not consistent.

Agree. Fixed a few other as well. There are still a few exceptions, but these are intentional.
