Problem Installing Uncommon Valour

I wonder if someone can help with a major problem i have installing Uncommon Valour.I bought the game a few weeks ago.And it installed alright then.But the problem started when i uninstalled the game to make room for another.After the wizard install appeared the game started to uninstall then it suddenly stopped with an error message saying there was a problem with main app error with parameters etc.I cancelled the d/load and deleted the whole game from the Wins Explorer.But today when i went to install the game the install button appears on the screen it sets up the wizard install then it keeps asking for me to uninstall the game and the same problem keeps happening.I have Windows 98SE 466 Celeron system.I looked up the regedit file and cleared remaining files there i found but its still happening otherwise i wont be able to play the game now i hope this is all clear and hope someone can help me thanks.
