Combat Mission Question

Not familar with Combat Mission * ....

Is each of the various releases (Red Thunder, Combat in Normandy, etc ...) stand alone games ? Don't need a base version of the game to play ?

There are base games and then DLCs associated with those games. The Matrix has an icon that indicates if you're looking at a DLC or not. see the sreen capture below. BattleFront uses a different terminology on their store front (i.e. base, module, battle pack, map and vehicle packs).

For example: Red Thunder is a base game and Fire & Rubble is a module/DLC ( as well as Battle Pack 1).
