1.21m Hit points in combat issue and cammo/ablat coating

The defense score of the tank seems off. I don't understand where 210 comes from. The bomber is using precision bombs.

It seems that the issue is specific to airplanes targetting hard targets.

This is unrelated to the HP issue but in the same save you can see in the design log that my infantries have cammo chameleon and ablat coating active while the technologies are not researched. This is greyed out in the mng > model > tech tab. It seems that the bonus are active anyway as in a debug game with the chamo researched it doesn't show up in the design log.

I also noticed in a debug save that the resonance scanner would add 3 recon in design log and 1 in mng>model>tech tab.

Yes hitpoints versus air are different. Adding more mouse over to the the hitpoints in the trooptype info popup.
