placenames possible memory leak workaround

I've been conducting some tests using Task Manager to see how much memory TOAW is taking and I suspected a memory leak and Bob tells me that there's a possible problem with the placenames option and that turning off the placenames may attenuate that problem. I've done that and done more testing and I believe Bob is correct. Here's how you turn off the placenames:
