National Morale

Am I correct after reading the manual to assume that if the morale setting is set to above 100 in the game settings that the morale of that side's units will also be increased? For example, setting the morale to 110 would make a unit with normally 50 morale 55 and have the same affect on the National Morale?

Yes and no. Yes because it will increase the national morale's effects on CV calculation (you can easily see it by yourself by checking your TB); no because you won't see it displayed directly in the advanced unit infobox.
