Request - Difficulty

I would like to be able to change the difficulty level during solitaire games. If I find myself doing unexpectedly well in the early or mid game I often wish I could increase the difficulty level. Letting the AI think longer is something I already do, so no joy there. If there is already a way to do this, someone please tell me how.
