A little tool to easy modify weapons parameters in CCMT databook

With this tool, you may create generic weapons infantry troops with more interessant vs IAI or (depending of your gaming choice) more realistic.

You have only 32 lines (32 weapons) to modify (green lines). red lines are unusable : I discoverd that dev has not implementd for them any data.
