OOS TERR bug?

Post by Orm »

Looks to me like there is a OOS bug for the German controlled Egyptian TERR in Anglo-Egyptian Sudan. As I see it the TERR should get sea supply through the Italian CP in the Red Sea and be in range from Cairo.

What's the weather in the unit's hex? If it is in rain or snow, the program is correct. If not: than this is a bug.

The weather is fine, so it is a bug then.

Thank you.

This is a bug. Stated in the FAQ I found this ruling:

(...) conquered TERRs do trace
supply to their home country.

Not a bug.

The territorial would be tracing overseas to Cairo. And then Cairo would be tracing overseas to a city in Germany (or Italy). That is two overseas paths for reaching supply - which isn't permitted by the rules.

Sorry Steve, but it is a bug. See the FAQ of the game. (...) conquered TERRs do trace
supply to their home country.

Their home country in this case means Egypt and not Germany or Italy...

Okay, then how about the territorial having to use an Italian convoy. Would that be a problem?

I can't see why it would be a problem. No worries on cooperation in RAW7, only requires a friendly TRS/Amph/Convoy of a major power or minor country on your side.
