iussue in "11th Panzer Division Advances"

Hello,
playing the tournament scenario "11th Panzer Division Advances", I've tried to call an air attack upon the gun in the south-west corner of the map.
The game crasched and I have to restart from the beginning.

I tried to recreate this issue but could not. Does it always happen for you even in a non-PBEM?

If can recreate it can you send me a video?
