UK MPP (base) keeps changing

UK collects (base) 163 MPP

UK collects (base) 168 MPP

then next turn gets IT 1 goes to

UK collects 192 MPP (base)

then next turn UK Collects 178 MPP

I selected re-route the convoys, but, I don't see how that would affect the base MPP of UK and lower it.

Usually the change early on is due to different minors joining the UK that don't have a convoy.

interesting, the only change I could see was DEI going to Japan. maybe re-routing convoys changed b/c of that island near the us. Probs need the dev to let us know what it was

Any changes to convoys shouldn't change the base income. Base income I think is only impacted by resources that the nation and its non-convoy minors control.

Base income could change if there was not a convoy relationship with a country, and then there was... for example, if there is a convoy relationship, then it could be less than what it would have been without the convoy relationship, e.g. full value of those resources would be added in instead.

Could some of this possibly apply?

If not I would need some more info on what the year was, which countries have joined and are parented by the UK, which have convoy relationships etc.

A saved turn, if against the AI from before the ups and downs would be helpful as well.
