Bug with ship speed assignment in blockade interception

Game version 1.00.26

I had a blockade interception where the 28 knot cruiser Skirmisher intercepted a ship running the blockade, in the battle she was paired with the old cruiser Naiad which should only be good for ~21 knots thanks to tired machinery. However, in battle:

It seems like the following cruiser has it's speed substituted for the speed of the cruiser that is named as making the interception in the pre battle pop up. Battle save attached.
