2/1943 - Soviet TOE requiring many Light TDs

This is a issue I came across in StB, but I am almost certain it will look similar in GC41.

Many Soviet Tank/Mot/Mech/Cav TOE change 2/1943 (OB: 2190, 2082, 2088, 2190,...to name a few).
All those require SU-76. Which is a Ligth tank destroyer of which the Soviets before only had ZiS-30 (in StB 100 "produced" but 0 in Pool and 0 in units [were they all lost before the Scenario starts?!]).
While SU-76 is only starting production in 1/1943 (ch:20) and SU-57 is starting production in 4/1943 (ch:8).
So in March 1943 you end up with a deficit of more than 300 Light TDs.
The big Production of SU-76M is only starting at 10/1943 (ch:130), so not sure what the Soviets did/used until then with the few being produced.

No idea about Soviet mindset and how this big TOE change historically happened, maybe all is historical accurate.
