Looking for an ELO game - Axis opponent required (CLOSED)

Hi folks,

I am looking for an ELO game - Axis opponent required. Standard ELO rules PLUS no diplo on Dutch East Indies by either side. Happy for any other house rule suggestions. I am a mid table player. 1-2 turns per day most of the time. UK time zone.
