Entente invades Belgium and no reaction from the U.S.

My Entente opponent invaded Belgium and there were pop ups for France and Britain reflecting public reaction, but nothing from the U.S. I would think that would gender some reaction from them.

All DOWs against neutrals have an effect on American mobilization. An Entente DOW against Belgium will swing the USA 5 - 15% towards the Central Powers. There just is not a specific pop-up for this.

Well the U.S. was "0%" and remained that after the DoW, so no effect.
