[v1.25] Low Priority: Zone Graphs after a Zone Name Change

If a zone's name has been changed, the three graphs Zone Populace, Zone Avg. Happiness and Zone Hunger get messed up and plot the data as if it was two different zones.

See example below where Roding and West Caldos are the same zone.
