3 of my council directors are depressed. They never get any positive movment towars their natural relation.
Only events seem to affect them.
Kippy has a natural relation point of 100. stays on 71 +- event effects.
Clyde nrp of 97. stays at 53
Dick nrp 100. stays at 38.
End the turn and see their lack of positive things in their lives.

Hi Temon,
Its because of respectively low loyalty (is a fuzzy cap) or high ambition (at 66 no more natural rel growth)
At the moment there is a diminishing chance getting natural relation growth when approaching 66 ambition. I am flexing this a bit for the next version.
