OT: WW3 movie

Post by Vasquez »

A user made WW3 movie using the ArmA engine as it seems. Pretty good and the urban combat is horrific at times:

WW3: I have trouble imagining it being anything but nuclear. Why fight it, when you know that when either side gets to the point they are losing, they get a chance to press a button (the launch button) to get a draw. Anything that doesn't take that into account when depicting WW3 is, plain and simple, fiction. Unless of course some guy with nuclear codes is insane.

it may be we need science. maybe a substance your fire at a nuke that negates plutonium , like gunk or chewing gum that wraps the missuile and penatrates then changes plutoium into a harmless metal

what my point is maybe science can end the nuclear threat

for example, a magnet can effect metal, so maybe we can find a way to effect plutoium

Sure, that is possible. Or lasers from Space, who knows. My point still remains, watching this is (as things currently stand) a fantasy at best. At worst it is akin to watching films I won't mention the name of.

The Battle has been fought, the Victory already won.
