Transport bug reported with WiE is here too with WaW

Definitely the Transport bug is here with WaW too, as in WiE.
Japan has 306 MPP. Plenty of transport capability too. AVs and AVLs can be loaded as per the example, but not the transport.
Any units on ports that don't have rain nearby can be transported. Oddly, I have a unit in Shanghai and the port has one rain hex and one clear weather hex next to it. I can transport out of there. But not here in this example.
Same irregularities been reported with WiE.

I have encountered similar problems:

In WaW:
US can't transport units from East Coast. Some units can be loaded to amphib transports, some can't

in WiW

UK can't transport from Narvik

Hi..yeah this came up quick on the WiE patch notes: https://www.matrixgames.com/forums/view ... 4&t=400501
A bunch of us started testing and it appears its not rain off the ports that's causing the issue..its ice or snow in the town hex a port is adjacent to. (Apparently)
Also it doesn't happen all the time according to other reports. Its a strange one for sure.

I had an Indian unit unable to be shipped from a rainy port, so rain can't be discarded.
