Franz Stigler ? cant find him

Franz Stigler ? cant find him

Hi
I am currently playing combined campaign WITW and WITE 2 and while doing some net surfing I happened upon a video I had watched some time back, The B - 17 Incident with Franz Stigler Dec 1943, so i decided to watch it again, this got me thinking so I looked through the current game I am playing and checked his unit II / JG 27 cant see him on the roster, so I checked in the pilots tab, hes not "dead ".

So unless my eyes are really bad and missed him somewhere I am baffled.

On the II / JG 27 tab it says " Historical pilots on top " so it got me thinking about 3 possible reasons he is not there

1. there not real pilots names OK

2. his name is spelt wrong ok

3. his name was not entered out of respect just in case he gets KIA'd in the game, totally understand

anyway can some one in the know let me why he is not in game

Hello

These are all through the engine created pilots. The game engine can handle historical Pilots. But they have to be added in the scenario.
