Ground Pounder - US_TLAM launch event

I think "US_TLAMLaunch" event should have unused "US_AshevilleiTLAM" (sic) trigger too, so that either player sub will become auto-detectable if Iran unit is too close.

Scenarios issues should be posted to the main tech support sub forum. The DLC sub forums do not get looked at.
