"Cruiser action" with no cruisers

My Giuseppe Garibaldi class of CVLs used to be CAs. I wonder if the battle gen system is confused?

I played the scenario out and the enemy had two CL's. My force was described in the battle summary as having 2 CVLs and the DDs, so maybe this is WAD.

That sounds about right for an actual OOB for the battle.
