1.25.00: Updater not working

I have the Matrix version of the game, and the auto-updater refuses to recognise there's a more recent version - it's stuck on 1.25.00, and when I run the auto-updater, it tells me I'm on the most recent game version. How can I fix this?

The beta patches have to be applied manually.

The 1.25e patch should be available now... news was posted friday, but there was a delay with uploading the actual update files. apologies.
