[1.25e] Air missions sometimes lack pointers in HIS

In the save, one of the first air missions is not pointed out on the map with a red thing, despite coordinates still possible to find out from the report.

I think the issue was that recon missions didnt get the red airplane icon on the hex in history replay mode.
fixed for next open beta
