[1.25e] Snow hexes with minus dissolved metals and vanishing troops

Snow hexes, like the ones around (19,6) have -2 billion dissolved heavy metals. Also not sure why the private ice mine on the snow hex doesn't produce water. It says difficulty of mining -100%.

The other more major problem is that i keep having units losing troops without hunger or messages in the report page.
Moving the 2nd indy MG (8,18) to the city next to it (Touroix) will make it lose troops next turn. During the campaign I lost units i stationed on the city. This seems to happen to some other unit as well few times in the campaign but the the city seems to be death sentence. And there is lot of supply as units around the city are fine.

There is a crime syndicate running rampant and killing troops as well as causing danger and unrest in all your cities. Check Reports -> Overviews -> Crime Syndicate. The effects are also listed in the crime syndicate subtab of the zone tab.

A lot of people disable that story module because it's a hassle to deal with. But you can try to use the Crackdown on Crime stratagem on your zones to fight the syndicate, or alternatively try the stratagems that make a deal with the crime syndicate.
Not affiliated with Slitherine. They added it to my name when they merged the Slitherine and Matrix account systems.

It was the crime syndicate. I totally forgot about the syndicates as only problem I ever had was unrest and lost income or something... first time its actually requiring response, nice.
It would be nice to see it mentioned in the HQ news as well.

But I keep trying to keep them around. Even after they crimed my GR billy nuke.

Any idea what the pay-off for these guys is supposed to be like? It looks like the key to getting there is to develop an Interior Council (or early Supreme Command) with sufficient Streetwise skill, and then getting the Syndicate to please stop being at war...But their stats don't seem to change, much or ever; or at least 'Vengeance' doesn't.

It looks like it could be an interesting story module. I'm hoping it gets some love in the future. Or at least a curb making them less annoying.

Its an UI glitch. There is no river there, only a canyon (mars-like, no water in it). its causing some trace snow around it,but thats less than <1cm. So no snow harvesting here.

Will be fixed next subversion
