WTF?

This game has been bad enough with Montagnus invading me from 4 sea zones away on turn 8 and dropping new invasion armies every time I kill the last one.

How the did they place a Air HQ on my defended capital city? It has blocked my ist SHQ from doing anything. It was not in the history that I saw..

It vanished on reload, but I still have blue equal signs under my 1st SHQ bar.

That does sound strange. Only one regime is ever allowed to control a hex at any time, but it is conceivable a hex could flip after the end of your turn and then flip back, before your next turn begins.

So you re-loaded the autosave, and ran the turn ending again, and it didn't happen a second time?
