Units Unassinging from MIssion at Launch

Units assigned to a mission are unassigning when the mission is launched. You can replicate this bug by activating the ADZ Missions that the latest gen Soviet fighters are assigned to in the Air Defense Task Pool.

The Cuban radar stations with emission intervals are also coming up with values in the tens of thousands when set to 30 seconds.
