Just noticed that the losses and expenditures reported in the Losses and Expenditure Window differ from the Losses and Expenditure Window in the Player Evaluation Window.
See the screenshot and save the game for the example. In this case, I haven't fired a shot yet, but take a look at all the weapons and stores expended for the NATO side. The expenditures look like the product of deleting, and the editor correctly hit the clear list button, but it didn't happen in both windows.
