Crash when opening combat chart

I bought TOAW IV on steam and always faced the crash when opening the combat chart. The game just closed and returned to the launcher interface. The crashlog is in the email attachment. My computer operating system is Win11.

First thing to do no matter what version you have is to uninstall and reinstall.

Why post your crash report HERE instead of in the section of the forum where bug reports usually go? Having said that, thanks for posting it. Unfortunately Ralph isn't on hand to fix anything. I'm not sure Bob will tackle it either. And I'm almost useless at this task myself.

Sorry, I was fresh to the forum. I think there's something going wrong with the Chinese language. When changed to English the game was more fluent and crash-free. Is the any possible fix about that? Thanks.

Sorry....I'm not fluent with using the Chinese language option and wasn't aware that there were problems with it. Lots of CTD's? Is there a pattern you can discern? I hope there is a fix that can be applied. The workaround may be to use the English language for now. Maybe it has something to do with the special symbols that the Chinese language uses? I'll look into it but no guarantees. I'm only a playtester and don't know much about how to fix problems but I'll take a look. Keep your fingers crossed.

I changed my language to Chinese and it seemed to work fine so I'm going to suggest that you uninstall and reinstall your TOAW game. And cross your fingers.

Well, I've tried the reintallation and nothing better. The crash only happend when opening the Combat Chart(16.21 in game manual) in Chinese, but not every time. Maybe a complex battle make it more likely to crash. Anyway, I hope it can be solved if there's a fix plan in the future. Thanks.
