Allied AI in DDay Scenario

Every single time I have tried as the Axis, when the Allied AI lands, it never bothers finishing off Cherbourg, never takes Caen, lands tanks separated from HQs at Le Havre, and even worse, lands a British HQ within range of the German inland reserve units. On the eastern front, the Red Army barely dents the Germans in Belarus, although it should be able to since I have played as the Allies here. Also to note, the locations of the Hungarian and Romanian 3rd Armies should be swapped because no Hungarian field army was in Romania and no Romanian in Western Ukraine. Not a major deal, but it means the German HQs can focus on their own units instead of these ones, which are separated from their own countries HQs.

Seems to be a given with most wargaming AIs that programming good offensive planning is difficult in general and amphibious planning in particular. I'm sure they tweak it all the time but issues always remain.
