Cargo problem?

Hi,
Just trying 2 of my scenarios, one updated to DB 504 and the other a bit older, like 499. Game is 1328.13 which I think is the latest.
I cannot load most cargo onto ships.... even though the ship (LCS 2) is at 0/335, 0/6500 and 0/8 or something like this.... then I go to load say mortars.... (there are many) and most or all fit within the ships limits above.... and are white not red in the list. I try many and they all fail, for instance ID 3823 which is a 120mm Dragon Fire Mortar Small and 1.1 / 43.1 / 3.
Many cargo listed in white and with numbers well,well below the ships capacity give an erro. "Out of space!" "Unable to add all of the selected cargo to host- maximum capacity exceeded".

See attached pic. Can post the game but just hoping someone else can quick confirm this.
(I know LCS is a small ship, but is SHOULD have the capacity for the very small mortar per the cargo size listed above).

Hopefully I'm missing some small detail. (I've tried it with multiple ships as well, and many similar failures)

I posted about the same type of issue but went in after posting it and still tried to load the red ones I knew should fit, and they did. So for mine it was just the issue of they shouldn't have turned red.

I also know now that if you select a bunch to load, say "35" and there is room for only 15, it won't load ANY...so have to do 1:at a time.

Maybe one of those will help, good luck.

I am trying to load white ones... and they don't load... even one at a time. Red ones also don't load. (I've seen in other situations red ones actually load ! But looking at the red ones, they should have been white?! So things I think are messed up and this is the point I'm hoping to make).
