[1.25f] Asset Management Preview doesn't take Service Tax into account for Industrial Points production

(Just in case, this is unrelated to the LogiPoints Preview "bug" (if still exists ?), in this case Asset Management Preview shows exactly the same thing with P being on or off.)

As you can see, the predicted IP in SHQ are wrong because the Preview doesn't take Service Tax into account. Which in this case is where most of IPs come from !

Now I know that some might say that Preview isn't supposed to be perfect, &c, but I would like to point out that (in addition to often being responsible for most of your IP production in early game), Service Tax is actually quite stable !
More stable than Preview failures caused by lack of Worker recruitment, and especially more stable than non-SHQ-hex cities having logistic failures because a xenochicken crossed the road !

Just in case, speaking of an actually minor issue, note that for some reason Preview thought that only 10/11 IPs would be delivered.
This seems like a rounding bug, which might (or might not) be related to this bug (if still exists) ?
