[1.25g] Supply base stopped rail?

I built a rail head in the supply base hex, now railway is working fine for me. It really looks like a bug

Not sure what your problem is/was, but rail LP only fully flow if there is a railhead or rail station on the other end.

The situation is that I already have a railhead on the other end. It's just a supply base between two rail facilities. Once I construct a railhead in the supply base's hex, my train will flow smoothly.

Yes, that does sound like a bug, and not a small one.

Make sure there are no traffic signs active on the supply base hex, also the zone thing might be important, and post a save-game here if you still have no luck, since Its kinda hard to tell what's what in your screen shots.

1.25h seems have fixed it and I don't know why.
