Headquarters units for US

Hi all,

I know that Bradley shows up for "free." I think you have to purchase all the other US HQ units. Can anyone confirm this? I need to time when I get Ike and Patton. I sure don't want to purchase them if they are coming in later.

It's been a while since I played Allies but IIRC the US gets Bradley for free. MacArthur appears in Australia if/when the Philippines falls and you are also offered Stilwell for China or US. And there is a random US Commander if the Axis threaten the US coastline.
