Please restore ability for tankers to refuel tankers

The option is still listed for tankers to refuel, but there is no longer a way to order it. The option for replenishment is no longer choosable if you select a tanker A/C.
Their ability to refuel each other has been key on many missions.
I'm not certain when the option disappeared, it was on my "list" in build .14 so at least a month or so.
